In terms of Retained Earnings and accumulated compounding how much value would you calculate that someone like Lou Simpson added to Geico? I’ve heard Buffett say 60% of capital allocation in 10 years comes from the CEO or in that specific case CIO. Interesting the value management brings in terms of capital allocation.
