I like to see an amount of ownership that is a)meaningful as a % of net worth b) makes it more profitable to maximize long-term stock price vs. milking the company for extra comp earned by doing bad M&A and then getting some compensation consultant to rubber-stamp a bigger pay package because the CEO is now running a larger firm (all too common)

I find that having a good fundamental checklist (such as the one in your post) is an extremely valuable asset for investors to keep themselves closer to making sound investment decisions within their portfolios. Still, it's a tool that's often overlooked by most. I guess the simplicity of the exercise makes the majority of the investing community dismiss the value brought by it...
